**The Job**

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for all things talent acquisition and
pipelines and bring more people into the Mighty Tribe, working on TA projects and initiatives, as
well as working closely with vendor partners for overseas hiring.

**Responsibilities**
- Recruitment & Onboarding_
Manage recruitment across all of Mighty Jaxx- Work with hiring managers to determine manpower needs and create accurate job

descriptions
- Develop talent acquisition strategies such as building diversified recruitment channels,

manage employer branding, and defining our employee value proposition
- Conduct interviews and collate interview results and data- Manage onboarding and orientation for successful integration of new joiners
- System Management & Process Improvement_
To define, plan, and implement the TA roadmap globally (e.g. process improvement
- initiatives, tech augmentation projects, etc.)- Integrate and manage a new applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
- Vendor Management_
Manage all outsourced recruitment vendor partners to supplement in-house recruitment,
- especially with non-Singapore hires- Evaluate, analyse and negotiate with vendor partners to maintain cost effectiveness of

outsourced recruitment.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Business, Human Resources Management, Human Resource Administration or

related field
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in HR Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Familiar with MOM Employment laws and related regulations
- Knowledge in overseas hiring, expansion projects and tech hires are a plus
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills; a team player and enjoys working
- with others in a collaborative, social environment- Resourceful and able to work independently
- Willing to take on challenges in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
