Air Pricing CS Executive

**Job responsibilities**:

- Responsible to co-ordinate with internal and external customers to arrange collection.
- Liaise with carriers and co-loader to get most competitive rates and book shipments.
- Plan with vendor to arrange collection
- Provide instruction to Air Export operation team with complete information for execution as well as cost information
- In case of offload or flight delay to liaise with carrier and co-loader to investigate root cause.
- To verify vendor invoices for shipments arranged.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports to customers and account managers, when required
- Support the team to ensure fast and accurate responses for pricing / quotations for both internal departments and overseas stations as well as clients.
- Respond timely to client pricing requests
- Coordinate tenders and RFQ’s for all Air
- freight products when assigned.
- Obtain pricing from carriers, co-loaders, and internal network (product teams, overseas stations) to provide a solution and pricing to clients as per request
- Maintain strong relationships with carriers and co-loaders
- Act as a resource for all Air
- freight enquiries for Crane SG
- Other duties as assigned

**Job requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years working experience in Air-freight Export, Pricing or within forwarding or airline industry.
- Dangerous Goods certified or with DG knowledge will be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in negotiating and managing relationships with carriers and co-loaders
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Able to work under-pressure, in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to engage with various internal and external stakeholders
- Willingness to learn, quick learner and accountability
- Ability on data analysis, careful calculation, and attention to details.
- Strong problem-solving mentality
