**Responsibilities**:

- In-charge of commodities pre
- & post-trade operations
- Provide support in deal structuring to traders
- Assist to prepare and review trade contract documents
- Liaise between traders, operations, legal department on all contract matters
- Monitor and ensure smooth execution of all matters related to letter of credit and insurance documentation
- Perform daily reconciliation of trades with Market Risk / Middle Office
- Perform on boarding due diligence process (KYC/STC/Business Partner Registration) on counterparties
- Monitor commercial/ credit risks/ market risks
- Collaborate and assist operation team on the execution of contracts on day-to-day shipping matters (including LC, OBL, etc) related to the trades seeking clarification from Credit, Legal, or others as necessary.
- Proactively foresee and highlight the opportunities and risk/exposure
- Ad hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor of International Business Management or equivalent
- At least 3 years of trade operations
- Proficient in English and Mandarin
- support experience in commodities trading/ dry bulk
- Ability to start work within short notice will be an added advantage
