Responsibilities and work content of travel agency marketing manager
I. Job responsibilities:
Market strategy formulation
Formulate the overall marketing strategy and promotion plan of the travel agency to enhance brand awareness and market share.
Market research and analysis
Responsible for research on market dynamics, competitors, customer needs, etc., and provide strategic analysis and decision-making support.
Brand promotion and public relations management
Coordinate brand promotion activities, advertising, online and offline promotion, enhance brand image and influence; maintain relationships with media and partners.
Marketing activity planning and execution
Organize and plan promotion activities for travel routes, holiday marketing plans, theme tourism promotions, etc., to increase customer conversion rate.
Customer development and maintenance
Expand corporate customers and B-end cooperation resources, such as colleges and universities, enterprises, institutions, associations, etc., develop group customer channels; maintain customer relationships, and improve customer loyalty and repurchase rate.
Channel management and expansion
Manage existing sales channels, expand new channels (such as OTA, social media, Xiaohongshu, tiktok, etc.), and ensure product exposure and conversion on major platforms.
Team management and training
Lead the marketing team to achieve business goals, formulate training plans, and improve the team's professional capabilities and execution.
Data analysis and reporting
Analyze various market activity data and sales data, and submit market analysis reports and improvement suggestions regularly
