Roles & Responsibilities

**Job responsibilities**:

- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living like feeding, showering, toileting, elimination and transfer of clients.
- Active participation and assist to carry out individual care plans of clients assigned as in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Conducting clients' mass group activities in the centre.
- Conduct individual and small group activities as planned by clinicians or supervisor.
- Meals setup for clients and assist in safe preparation of food (example cutting, blending, reheating).
- Assist clinicians in care of clients like vital signs monitoring and reminder of medications when requires.
- Escorting clients between centre and other destinations with or without transport.
**Job requirements**:

- WSQ Certificate in Healthcare Support (Nursing Care) or relevant certification in Healthcare will be advantageous.
- Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant work experience in a healthcare setting.
- Reliable team member, possess positive work attitude, patience and good interpersonal skills.
- Joyful and gentle when working with people with disabilities/dementia as well as their families.
- Willing to work staggered shifts according to Centre operating hours.
