**What the role is**

You will be working as a Senior Manager / Manager in the Enterprise Engagement Division for Enterprise Marketing & Channel Development.

**What you will be working on**

**Enterprise Marketing Performance**
- Develop a keen understanding of key macro-economic trends impacting jobs and skills locally and study enterprise data to extract behavioural insights to continuously improve marketing and engagement plans, programmes and activities to optimise marketing performance
- Develop targeted marketing and engagement contents and publish them on online and offline mediums to drive awareness and adoption of enterprise skills development
- Work with channel partners to execute marketing and engagement campaigns through forums, conferences, exhibitions, webinars, social media, web portal, publications
- Track and report on the outcomes of campaigns to optimise the performance of the marketing portfolio

**Strategic Channel Development**
- Identify strategic channel partners such as trade associations, professional bodies and leading enterprises and partner them to grow the skills ecosystem
- Build positive relationships with strategic channel partners to engender their long-term commitment to partner SSG to advance the SkillsFuture movement
- Support strategic channel partners and help them to be successful in impacting enterprises and individuals to embrace skills development and lifelong learning
- Constantly innovate new approaches and improve existing processes to empower strategic channel partners to deliver their mandate effectively
- Track and report on the outcomes of the programmes managed by strategic channel partners to inform budgeting and future policy directions

**What we are looking for**
- Tertiary qualifications
- Have a strong interest in, or possesses proven track record in marketing and communications, stakeholder engagement, project management and behavioural insights in jobs and skills issues
- Resourceful and enjoys challenges in navigating complexities to identify workable solutions to resolve issues and challenges
- Results oriented with the ability to handle concurrent work assignments and deliver quality work within set timelines
- Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
- Enjoys engaging stakeholders and building public
- private partnerships to promulgate the SkillsFuture movement and achieve the desired national goals
- A resilient team player who can thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of SkillsFuture initiatives and prior experience in jobs and skills programme, policy, data, marketing, channel development work will be an added advantage
