**Job Summary**

The Admin Assistant role supports the admin and front office activities. He/she works closely with the Admin/ HR Manager to provide admin support to either an individual or team and is vital for the smooth-running of a business.

**Job Duties/Responsibilities**
- Provides administrative support and duties to ensure efficient operations of the hotel
- Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation
- Sourcing and purchasing of required items for the operations of the hotel
- Checking and tallying of commissions and accounts receivable from third-party online agents
- Recording of meeting minutes
- Liaising with outsourced finance for financial matters
- Checking and filing of paperwork and support bookkeeping procedures
- Coordinate with new team members’ onboarding
- Compiling and submitting of monthly petty cash to outsourced finance for processing
- Provide operational support to the operations team, if and when required

**Job Requirements**
- Flexibility to commit to 3 days work week (full day) or 5 days’ work week (half day)

- Flexible and ability to multi-task
- Able to commit to predetermined day and time for weekly meeting updates and predetermined day and time for advisory
