**Job Requirements and Qualification**:

- Mandatory Skills:

- Commodity Trading & Risk management (CTRM), Mining & Metals and Energy or Agri Industry knowledge
- Extensive experience in at least one of the below:

- Strong knowledge in trade life cycle, nuances of multi commodity trading, pricing engines, M2M and P&L
- Strong understanding of Derivatives and Risk Management, and integrations.
- End-to-End solution customisation and Implementation experience in at least one commodity trading software
- Good to Have:

- Knowledge of software development processes
- Ability to understand and use advance analysis methods in slightly complex client scenarios to ensure problem areas are identified and impact on the business is understood
- Ability to work across project life cycle, and adopt Agile practices
- 6+ years relevant experience as a domain / business consultant or Business Analyst or an industry practitioner in CTRM across Mining & Metals and Energy or Agri industry
- Extensive experience in at least one of the below
- Strong knowledge in trade life cycle, nuances of multi commodity trading, pricing engines, M2M and P&L.
- Strong understanding of Derivatives and Risk Management, and integrations.
- End-to-End solution customisation and Implementation experience in at least one commodity trading software
- Rich hands-on experience in product management
- Exposure to software development cycle
- Understanding of different simulation models, third party tools/APIs for reporting, market data etc.
- Complete understanding of requirements gathering in discussion with product owner
- Experience in working across teams in consulting, software development, product support, quality assurance.
- Experience in working in a global environment with multiple locations
