**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise workers, subcontractors, and construction activities on roads and bridges sites.
- Manage various installations, including steel, concrete structural works, grouting, formwork, etc., in accordance with company standards and client requirements.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients, authorities, and third parties.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and in order before commencing work on-site.
- Attend and actively participate in site management meetings.
- Conduct site inductions, safety briefings, and toolbox talks.
- Assess and manage safety hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with legal requirements and procedures.
- Contribute to strategic plans by identifying areas for improvement and resolving operational issues.
- Implement and maintain a safety program, including site rules and welfare facilities.
- Provide emergency first aid as needed.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations to prevent fines and interruptions.
- Complete post-installation and commissioning checks.
- Fill and submit necessary site reports, post-installation job sheets, and documents.
- Maintain company-provided tools, equipment, and vehicles.
- Stay updated on emerging construction practices and standards.

**Requirements**:

- Possess relevant qualification from a reputable institution, preferably in Construction Management or an Engineering-related field.
- Experienced in construction site supervision or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
- Knowledge of construction practices, safety regulations, and procedures.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure.
- Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license and first aid certification preferred.
