Singapore SYS-MAC AUTOMATION ENGINEERING PTE LTD Full time

As a Master Planner to oversee overall customer schedule to ensure

customer OTD.
- Conduct weekly meeting with relevant departments to update

customer OTD progress and highlight important information required

decision and action.
- Receive & manage sales orders, generate level production schedules

and customer ship plan.
- Liaise with Customer Service and Sales to provide 12 months SIOP

(Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning) forecast if available.
- Liaise with Customer Service, Production, buyers, NPI/Program to

meet OTD so as to meet the monthly revenue.
- Plan and monitor material movement in production cycles to ensure

continuous operations. Drives and minimize excess and obsolescence

inventory.
- Maintain product and production data master to support production

planning and manufacturing. (e.g. Item Master, BOMS).
- Re-schedule with Customer Service the Job Order due dates as

required and coordinate changes with Production, Supply chain,

Quality, NPI and Sales/ Program. Communicate production schedule

issues to Customer service.
- Generate Material shortage lists report for purchasing department to

ensure supplier parts and manufacturing department to fabricate to

arrive per committed delivery date. Address pull-in and push-out

requests and advise Purchasing of impact on time sensitive items.
- Pre-expedite long lead time materials that may interfere with an on
- time delivery.
- Assist and coordinate the processing of all ECN’s and NC for

production orders
- Maintain WIP & Finish goods inventory at optimum level.
- Review & analyze Customer On Time To Customer Request Delivery

Date and On-time To Customer Confirmation Delivery Date.
- Develop, optimize and integrate detailed business schedules (supplier

plans, replenishment models) in a lean environment, to achieve the

business goals.
- Participate in the development of policies and procedures; monitor

work activities to ensure compliance with established policies and

procedures; make recommendations for changes and improvements

to existing standards and procedures.
- Prepare analytical and statistical reports on operations and activities.
- Maintain system and record accuracy e.g inventory, schedules,

planned orders.
- Maintain KPIs and present to the management.
- Preparing performance reports.
- Other duties as and when assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree or diploma equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Understanding of ERP system and Microsoft Office especially Excel
- Good communication skill and able to work effectively with peers and other function teams
- Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines
