Job Title: Senior Production Planner

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in planning and scheduling production orders to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement production plans that align with business objectives and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project leaders, team members, and production supervisors, to prioritize work and ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage material and production planning, including requisitioning materials and maintaining bill of materials (BOM) and design change implementation.
  • Ensure order confirmation is based on material and capability availability.
  • Plan, control, and coordinate with purchasers to avoid high stock inventory and ensure material deliveries are made on time.
  • Monitor material availability for production continuity.
  • Periodically report on production progress and ensure timely closure of production orders for invoicing.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in supply chain management.
  • Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Independent and proactive individual with strong analytical skills.
  • SAP/MRP knowledge preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively with Chinese counterparts, customers, and HQ; proficiency in Mandarin required.
