Hello there

We are a GP clinic chain looking for Clinic Assistants (Full and Permanent Part Time) who are committed, hardworking, willing to learn, and proactive.

**Responsibilities**:

- Registering patients, answering phone calls and enquiries
- Dispensing of medications and collecting payment
- Submission of TPA / CHAS claims
- Performing ART swabs
- Chaperone and assist in basic clinical duties
- Basic clinic housekeeping
- Maintain day-to-day operations of the clinic
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Job Requirements**
- Prior relevant working experience in the Healthcare Industry will be an advantage
- Able to communicate effectively
- Friendly disposition and service oriented
- Proactive, take initiative and a good team player
- Able to work 3 nights and 1 weekend
- Computer Literacy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain **low absenteeism/MC **and **Punctuality **to adhere to monthly roster and shifts (For serious applicants only, we do not welcome individuals who have high absenteeism or are not serious about work as you will not pass probation.)

**Other Information**
- Location: Yishun or CCK
- Pay will commensurate with experience (Full-Time: Up to $2900, Part-Time: $9-$12/hour)
- Shift hours: 8:30am-1pm, 6pm-10pm, 6pm-9:30pm, 8:30am-2pm, 6pm-10:30pm
- Part-Timers who can work permanent nights will have an advantage
