Job Title: Clinic Assistant

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM, 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Job Description:

We are looking for a full-time, permanent Clinic Assistant to support daily operations at our family clinic. The ideal candidate will assist with both front desk and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls and patient enquiries
  • Register patients and assist with medication dispensing
  • Submit CHAS claims accurately and in a timely manner
  • Monitor and order clinic drugs and medical supplies as needed
  • Input supplier invoices and maintain accurate records
  • Record and reconcile daily collections

Requirements:

  • Singaporean or Singapore PR applicants are preferred
  • No experience required – training will be provided
  • Able to speak basic Mandarin
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with the Internet
