**WSH Coordinator
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the EHS Team to administer and implement the Company’s WSHE management system and procedures. Ensure that procedures remain up-to-date with the latest Codes of Practice and government legislation.
- Participate in the regular review of the WSHE management system and offer recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure the effective execution of risk and environmental impact assessments, and diligently follow up on actions required to uphold high safety standards and compliance with company ISO, OHSAS, EMS policies, and legal requirements.
- Assist the EHS Team in conducting thorough accident/incident investigations and contribute recommendations for corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Collaborate with EHS Team to develop in-house Safety & Health training and promotional programs that align with current work activities. Ensure the regular execution of training sessions to maintain awareness.
- Aid EHS Team in collecting audit evidence through documentation and photographs.
- Interface with Project Managers, Site Managers, and Engineers who hold overall responsibility for project management in terms of meeting the company's WSHE policy.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a WSH coordinator in the construction industry
- Advance certificate in workplace safety and health
- Manage work at Height (MWAH) Trained
- Scaffold Supervisor / First Aider Trained will be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
