About the role

Just Safety Consultancy Pte Ltd is seeking a full-time WSH Coordinator (Safety Coordinator) to join our team in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing workplace safety and health (WSH) programs and initiatives to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

What you'll be doing

  • Implement and monitor WSH policies, procedures and safe work practices
  • Conduct regular workplace inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on WSH best practices
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, and recommend corrective actions
  • Collaborate with management, employees and external parties to promote a strong safety culture
  • Maintain detailed records and prepare reports on WSH performance
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in WSH regulations and industry standards

What we're looking for

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Safety and Health, or a related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a WSH Coordinator or Safety Coordinator, preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of workplace safety and health regulations, standards and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently to ensure compliance
  • Proficient in using safety management software and data analysis tools
