Standard Bread is one of Seoul’s most beloved bakery brands, known for its artisanal breads, modern Korean pastries, and visually stunning creations.
We are launching our first Singapore outlet at **WEAVE**, Resorts World Sentosa's newest lifestyle destination.
We are seeking passionate **Bakers** to join our kitchen team and bring the Standard Bread experience to life in Singapore.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the daily preparation and production of breads and pastries
- Follow recipes, techniques, and procedures set by the head baker and brand
- Operate baking equipment and ovens safely and efficiently
- Ensure consistency and high quality in all baked products
- Monitor ingredient freshness and assist in inventory prep
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Contribute to seasonal menu prep and support R&D trials as needed
**Job Requirements**
- Open to people with no experience but have a keen interest in baking (e.g. you do some baking at home)
- Familiarity with artisanal bread and pastry techniques is a bonus
- Experience with fermentation, dough handling, and baking fundamentals is a bonus
- Interest in Korean-style breads and pastries (training will be provided)
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- WSQ Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
