We are participating in consumer events such as kids events, retail exhibitions, weddings fairs. During the event we help in the registration of visitors and hand out promotional materials and goodie bags.

We are hiring an Events Executive and Co-ordinator
- Liaison with event organisers
- To manage day-to-day operations of the events including part-timers work schedule
- Organising set-up at event
- Ensuring smooth logistics for distribution of promotional materials during the event
- Preparation and management of inventory of promotional materials in our storage
- Sourcing of goodie bags and giveaways

Events may take place both on weekdays and weekends and some flexibility in terms of work schedule would be required for this position.
