Job Description

We are looking for an Associate to join our highly successful corporate practice in Singapore.

Our teams advise on some of the world's largest and most complex M&A transactions. Our clients include public and private corporations, investment banks and financial institutions, governments and international bodies. Our lawyers provide a seamless integrated service across our network of offices and across different areas of expertise.

The role will involve working for a range of clients on public and private M&A and PE transactions in Asia Pacific, including growth/pre-IPO investments, joint ventures, leveraged buyouts and auction sale transactions.

**Qualifications**:

- We are looking for someone with PE/M&A experience in top tier private practice at an international firm, ideally with experience in infrastructure (clean energy) M&A transactions.
- You will be a self-starter with an aptitude for and experience in client engagement and development, a strong team player and able to lead deals with mínimal supervision while managing different work-streams.
- Chinese/Mandarin would be helpful but is not a pre-requisite for the role.
