- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

We are looking for a Sr. Program Manager to join the WHS P4 Solutions team, to support launches in the Rest of World (ROW) region. The team is responsible for ensuring the success of WHS P4 Solutions globally for all field site launches, which may include Customer Fulfillment, Sort Centers, and Amazon Logistics. The team is focused on the successful recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training of WHS personnel at launch sites, and is responsible for overseeing the execution of new initiatives and pilot projects at those sites.

Key job responsibilities
- Deliver results to achieve stated goals and projects as assigned
- Provide weekly guidance for training/on-boarding, standard work, Amazon procedures, and Amazon processes
- Work with recruiting to staff WHS positions for launch sites and track head count for each site
- Collaborate with training coordinators, Recruiting, Assimilation, Launch Startup, and WHS Design Construction and Startup (DCS) to deliver success launches
- Conduct weekly site launch calls and provide guidance and support
- Provide site support on execution of training plans
- Provide site support on the execution of actions items for Road to Launch (RTL)
- Provide guidance on creating a launch execution plan
- Identify and communicate network improvements and projects for site implementation
- Continually improve launch experience by identifying gaps, proposing solutions, and overseeing execution
- Partner to drive continual process improvement
- Collect, analyze, and present data to drive decision making, as required
- Anticipate bottlenecks and blockers, assess risks, mitigate issues, and troubleshoot, as needed
- Provide weekly metrics of launch checklist execution
- Provide hazardous waste and donations training/set up
- Work with cross-functional teams
- Certified Safety Professional - Master’s Degree - Experience leading and managing a team - Experience with Lean, 5S and Kaizen methodologies
