Primary contact who is responsible for ensuring that deliverables meet the specifications outlined in the Purchase Order Contract and are completed on schedule.

The Scrum Master (or equivalent) shall be a Certified Scrum Master (or equivalent) who coaches and lead the Scrum or equivalent team in planning the iterations and overall schedule with the Product Owner. This includes developing the Product Backlog, defining the requirements and completion criteria for each iteration, leading and guiding the development team, tracking the overall progress of the development and reporting this to key stakeholders. The role will encompass all functions as detailed in the Scrum Guide.

For avoidance of doubt, the role of a Scrum Master is not the traditional project manager, rather he/she is a “Servant Leader” who helps the rest of the Scrum team follow the Scrum process. Therefore, the Scrum Master must have good understanding of the Scrum framework and the ability to train others in its subtleties. **Responsibilities**
- Facilitate and lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with product owners, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile best practices and principles
- Remove impediments that hinder team’s progress and foster an environment of collaboration and problem-solving.
- Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure that the product backlog is well-defined, prioritised, and maintained. Help facilitate communication between the team and the Product Owner.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure that their needs and expectations are understood and managed. Facilitate transparency and ensuring effective communication between the team and stakeholders.
- Address conflicts and disagreement within the team, and promoting a positive and constructive team dynamic.
- Monitor and report project progress, including sprint velocity and release planning.
- Drive continuous improvement through the identification and implementation of Agile process enhancements.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- The Scrum Master or equivalent shall have at least a Diploma in Computer Studies, or related discipline, with at least THREE (3) years of experience as a Scrum Master or equivalent of project implementation experience using Agile methodologies and leading an Agile team. The Scrum Master shall be a Certified Scrum Master by Scrum Alliance or equivalent.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month

- Project management software: 3 years (preferred)
- Scrum master: 3 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Certified Scrum Master (preferred)
