[What the role is]
ISEAS - Yusof Ishak Institute is a research centre dedicated to the study of socio-political, security, and economic developments in Southeast Asia and its wide geostrategic environment.

Under this internship, you will be attached to the Human Resources Department to gain insights into the recruitment and exit procedures. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to a cross-functional project.

**[What you will be working on]**

The intern will be expected to participate in the following tasks:

- Learn and contribute to recruitment function such as interview arrangement and facilitation.
- Understudy the exit clearance process and collaborate with IT Department on adopting automation to simplify the process.
- Participate in the monthly updates and reporting of manpower related data.
- Assist with the maintenance of staff records and data.
