- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A function.
**Data Management**:
- Oversee the collection, organization, and analysis of financial data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
- Implement robust data governance frameworks to maintain data integrity and security.
- Collaborate with IT and data teams to design and maintain data infrastructure that supports advanced analytics and AI initiatives.
**AI Implementation**:
- Drive the adoption of AI tools and technologies to automate routine tasks, improve predictive analytics, and support strategic decision-making.
- Evaluate and select appropriate AI solutions that meet the specific needs of the FP&A function.
- Monitor the performance of AI models and continuously refine them to enhance their accuracy and effectiveness.
**Collaboration**:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, data science, and business units, to align data transformation initiatives with organizational goals.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for data-driven initiatives.
- Serve as a liaison between the finance department and other business units to ensure seamless integration of data and AI solutions.
**Performance Monitoring**:
- Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of data transformation and AI initiatives.
- Regularly review and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
- Prepare and present detailed performance reports to senior management, highlighting the impact of data transformation and AI on business outcomes.
**Training & Development**:
- Provide training and support to finance team members on new tools and technologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the data literacy and analytical skills of the finance team.
- Mentor and coach team members to build their expertise in data analytics and AI.
**Reporting**:
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports and insights to senior management, highlighting the impact of data transformation and AI on business performance.
- Ensure that financial reports are accurate, timely, and aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
- Utilize advanced data visualization techniques to present complex financial information in a clear and compelling manner.
**Innovation & Continuous Improvement**:
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in data analytics, AI, and FP&A practices.
- Continuously seek out new technologies and methodologies to enhance the FP&A function.
- Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the finance team.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 7 years of experience in FP&A, with a strong background in data analytics and AI implementation.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in financial modeling, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI), and AI technologies (e.g., machine learning, predictive analytics).
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for leveraging data to drive business outcomes.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- **Leadership**: Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to embrace change and innovation.
Pay: $15,000.00 - $17,000.00 per month
