**Roles & Responsibilities**

The primary role of Inside Sales Executive is to support Outside Sales Management to grow business at Key and Assigned Accounts. This is a highly challenging support role in a dynamic and fast growing electronics industry. You will be guided by our team of experienced sales professionals.

Your responsibilities:

- Handle customer enquiries and RFQs
- Order entry and confimation of delivery dates to customers
- Monitor backlog and flag potential delinquent deliveries
- Respond to weekly rescheduling on VMI
- Handle customers shipment requests and expedites
- Send weekly backlog/reschedule reports
- Other duties as may be assigned to support sales, marketing and customer service

Requirements:
Minimum "A' Levels or Diploma

Preferably 2 to 3 years working experience in Electronics industry

Proficient in MS Office Applications such as Excel and Word

Able to speak Mandarin is necessary to communicate with our customers located in China.

Immediate availability is preferred.
