**We are looking for you **

We’re looking for a **Senior Operations Manager **with a strong drive in delivering results and can manage marketing campaigns, coordinate with clients, liaise with influencers, and deliver post-campaign reports. Does disrupting the ad-tech industry sound right up your alley?

**Role ‍ ‍**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients

project/campaign progress
- Good account management skills to execute, manage and monitor all clients, campaigns,

and timelines
- Keep up with the latest digital trends and explore suitability for implementation
- Assist in the training of junior team members
- Contribute and implements ideas and suggestions for process and operation improvement
- Work collaboratively with the Sales team and Marketing team to always deliver campaigns

on time
- Complete other ad hoc tasks/assignments as assigned by the management
- Manages and executes brand campaigns and ensures that all deliverables are done properly according to the brand’s specifications
- Prepare campaign briefs according to the agreed deliverables
- Monitors and ensures that KPIs are met
- Prepare post-campaign reports and present them to the clients

**Sound Like You?**
- At least 7 years experience in client management or similar roles
- Preferably with a media agency background
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Enjoy the fast-paced environment of a startup
- Familiar with presenting and strategizing influencer campaigns.
- Skills in community and social media engagement
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Able to manage multiple clients and campaigns concurrently and follow timelines closely
- Organized, systematic, meticulous, and able to work under pressure
- Driven, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn and grow
