- The Group’s nutraceuticals division, Entity Health Limited, is engaged in the development and commercialisation of nutraceutical products that address specific conditions and improve quality of life. It distributes its Entity line of nutraceutical products in Australia through more than 250 pharmacies and health food shops, in China through its flagship stores on Tmall Global and JD Worldwide, and globally through its online store._
- Job Responsibilities_
- Retrieve and process sales orders twice a day from e-commerce store back end and liaise with third party logistics vendors for deliveries;
- End to end inventory and logistics oversight (raw materials purchase, manufacturing scheduling, inventory tracking, placing internal orders and tracking logistics);
- Report weekly inventory for stocks held in Singapore (2 locations);
- Assist commercial team with the development of internal sales processes including: receipt and verification of sales, order fulfilment, responding to enquiries, post-sales support;
- Manage backend content management systems for all company websites for the group, liaise with third party IT vendor for all revisions requiring coding;
- Support of all Finance and Sales team administration work as assigned, including but not limited to sales order posting, internal and external audits, stock take, etc.
- Requirements (preferred but not essential)_
- Available to start immediately
- 2-3 years’ working experience required with demonstrated abilities in operations, logistics and/or project management
- English and Chinese fluency

**Salary**: $3,400.00 per month
