**The Warehouse QC Lead is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of quality control within the warehouse environment. This includes conducting inspections, implementing Quality Control procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations, and identifying and resolving quality issues.**

**More specifically, your key responsibilities will be to**
- Report to the Warehouse Supervisor or other Senior Manager as Required
- Ensure that all quality control documentation is up-to-date
- Ensure that all the equipment is operating at its optimal performance and oversee any maintenance checks and regular inspections.
- Monitor and check for abnormalities in products, out of specification requirements and non-conformities
- Ensure applicable certifications related to our products are maintained and updated
- Inspect output samples using industry-appropriate methods
- Identify and investigate product defects and quality issues
- Record inspection result by reports, summarize corrective action and inputting data into quality database
- Propose improvements to the process flow
- Put up Training Material and awareness to fellow team members
- Collect and compile statistical quality data for process improvements
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to quality control
- Support other departments with quality-related issues as needed
