**Key Responsibilities**:
**Quality Control (QC) Duties**:

- Conduct **incoming, in-process, and final product inspections**to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Ensure all raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products meet **ISO 22000, HACCP, and SFA**requirements.
- Perform **routine laboratory testing and sensory evaluations**for food products.
- Implement and enforce **good manufacturing practices (GMP)**and hygiene standards.
- Investigate **non-conformance issues**, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain and update **QC records, reports, and inspection documentation**.
- Assist in internal and external **audits and regulatory inspections**.
- Creating and printing of labels for products.
- Any other duties assigned.

**Warehouse Management Duties**:

- Oversee daily **warehouse operations**, ensuring efficient **receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods**.
- Ensure accurate **stock management and inventory tracking**using the **Warehouse Management System (WMS)**.
- Conduct **regular stock checks, cycle counts, and reconciliation of discrepancies**.
- Ensure proper **storage conditions**for raw materials and finished goods, following food safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with **logistics and production teams**to ensure timely stock movement.
- Implement and uphold **workplace safety and warehouse hygiene**in compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in **Food Science, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field**.
- **2-3 years of experience**in **quality control and warehouse management**, preferably in **food manufacturing or foodservice industry**.
- Knowledge of **FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations**.
- Experience with **Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)**for stock control and inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a **fast-paced environment**.
- Basic **Microsoft Excel and ERP system knowledge**for reporting and data entry.
- **Forklift license**(preferred but not mandatory).
