**About the role**

INTERCORP SOLUTIONS is seeking a dynamic and motivated **Business Development Consultant**to expand our HRIS solutions footprint in Singapore and Malaysia. The role will focus on direct client sales and building channel partnerships, playing a key role in driving regional growth and market presence..

**What you'll be doing**
- Drive new business development through direct client engagement, prospecting, and consultative sales of HRIS solutions.
- Develop, onboard, and manage strategic partners (e.g., HR consultants, technology resellers, payroll providers) to increase market reach.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct solution presentations, product demonstrations, and client workshops.
- Collaborate with marketing on lead generation activities, campaigns, and events.
- Provide feedback to product teams on market trends, client needs, and competitive insights.
- Foster long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and opportunities for upselling.

**What we're looking for**
- 3-7 years of sales, business development, or consulting experience in HR technology, SaaS, Payroll, or Enterprise Software.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, preferably with HRIS or workforce management solutions.
- Experience in developing and managing channel/partner ecosystems in Singapore and/or Malaysia.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Ability to engage effectively with HR leaders, IT stakeholders, and C-level executives.
- Self-starter with strong business acumen and a growth mindset.
- Willingness to travel across Singapore and Malaysia as required.
- Proactive, self-motivated and driven to achieve ambitious sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs and craft tailored solutions
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and share best practice
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
