- Understand the business goals in each market and aligning the stakeholders to these objectives, setting clear priorities and direction.
- Support the execution of the strategy and work closely with each countries/business leaders to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures.
- Analyse data gathered and develop solutions or alternative methods to show comprehensive and insightful results for C-Suites.
- Design, evaluate, recommend, and approve changes of forms and reports for C-Suites.
- Research and analyse the markets across the Region including market feasibility study, competitors’ analysis, etc. Goal to become a market intelligence in HR industry.
- Involve in different new initiates’ projects and work closely with different business partners including financial advisors, legal professionals, etc.
- Lead the projects in different perspectives and support other functions across the region.
- Document findings of study and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes.
- Providing thoughts and expert advices to business leaders, or other groups on technical, systems-, or process-related topics.
