**Responsibilities**:
Install, remove and maintain server, network and infrastructure equipment.
Ensure cabling meets industry standards.
Diagnose and repair network, software, and OS configuration problems.
Provide onsite support for tech infrastructure.
Updating and maintaining our asset management system.

Excellent command of English, both written and oral.
3+ years of experience in a similar position.
Familiarity with corporate standards for data center cabling and quality control.
Proficiency in Windows Server 2003 and 2008.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and perform under pressure.
Comfortable with handling equipment and hardware (up to 50lbs).
Previous experience in a high-availability data center environment.
