Role Overview: *

Daily duties involve communicating and maintaining relationships with data sources both new and within Preqin’s network to obtain the latest information, as well as understanding and incorporating such data
into our online database in an accurate and concise manner for our end users to access on the Preqin Platform.

Full training relevant to the role will be provided, including but not limited to:

- Structured training on finance and alternatives industry
- Guidance and Mentorship on relationship building with data sources
Responsibilities**:Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Updating online databases with key financial information, statistics and analysis on which our clients depend on.
- Conducting web-based research for further information of Funds.
- Communicating and coordinating with the wider team to ensure profiles are updated accurately and in a timely manner, and to convey issues and solutions.
- Ensuring that Preqin’s Korea Fund data is of high quality, meets client expectations, and is world class in terms of breadth and depth
- Promoting cross-team collaborations in growing Preqin’s presence in the Korean market.
- Completing other tasks as/when required.
Qualifications**:Key Requirements for this Role**:

- Proficient in speaking and writing Korean to target and liaise with the Korea market and clients. Working experience or familiarity with Korean working culture would be very helpful
- Bachelor’s Degree required. Finance, Economics, Business preferred
- Interest in finance and alternative assets. Prior relevant experience in the space preferred
- Enthusiastic and confident with an eye for detail
- Strong communications skills necessary to build relationships with high-level executives
- Willing to take initiatives with analytical skills
- Growth mindset, open to improvements and constant development

Covid 19 note*
While the COVID-19 Situation improves, Preqin's primary goals are still to ensure the safety of our employees, and to keep providing our clients with the best-in-class support they have come to expect from us. As such our Singapore Office is moving to a hybrid working arrangement, with the workweek split between WFH and Office.
However, we have not slowed our recruitment activity due to the outbreak, and have adopted a remote interviewing, onboarding and training process. Our growth plans have not stopped, and we anticipate onboarding a significant number of staff in the coming months.
