Documentation
- Responsible for the maintenance and proper filing of up-to-date technical & safety data sheet.
- Prepare technical reports for Management information.
- Compile and analyze customer’s complaints to establish trends and alert the respective stakeholders to take proper actions to resolve the issues.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
- 2 - 3 years relevant experience
