**What we offer**:

- Basic: $2500 to $4500 + Attractive commission schemes
- 5 day work week
- Location: Near Mountbatten
- Working Hours: 9am - 6pm
- Recruitment Agency Setting

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain existing clientale, review & support their recruitment needs.
- Work closely with clients with advise on market trends and coordination of their recruitment process
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process of open roles with various stakeholders
- Posting of job advertisements on job portals
- Assisting in reference checking, salary negotiations and offer management.
- Participating and collaborate with team members in a supportive work environment.
- At least 1-2 years experience within a Recruitment Sales role, ideally within in an agency setting.
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- ACEI Certification will be mandatory
- Experience covering Healthcare; Industrial & Manufacturing, Gaming; Professional Services or Tech/IT/Digital is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- Adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- Sales driven individual and work well in fast paced environments
