**Responsibilities**:

- Review all project drawings and specifications, and raise any discrepancies and/or possible problems before construction work commence on site and progressively throughout the entire course of the project
- Supervise the construction and related works, maintain quality control and ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the project specifications, drawings, sketches, and site instructions by the supervising qualified persons and project consultants
- Ensure that the contractors carry out their work in compliance with the Building Control Act and Regulations, Codes of Practices, and requirements of building authorities and government agencies
- Observe and comply with site safety, submit all reports as directed, and ensure that works are carried out in a safe and proper manner
- Supervision of all civil & structural engineering works as required under the project and mandated under the Building Control Act & Regulations.
- Report to Qualified Person (Supervision), Senior Resident Engineer, and Resident Engineer.
- Attend meetings, workshops and presentations where required.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering
- Registered as Resident Technical Officer with BCA/IES/ACES
- Possess 5 years of RTO experience in supervision of Building works (piling, structural and architectural works)
- Familiar with industry Acts and Regulations.
