**Barista - ASK Coffee Roastery**

**About Us**
ASK Coffee Roastery is a **Roastery + Cafe** that offers an all-in-one experience for coffee lovers. We roast our own beans, serve specialty coffee in our cafe, and provide a curated selection of coffee machines and brewing accessories. We're passionate about delivering great coffee and creating a welcoming space for our community.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Barista at ASK Coffee Roastery, you will:

- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso and coffee beverages
- Deliver friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable customer service
- Educate customers on our coffee beans, brewing methods, and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and seating areas
- Operate and care for coffee equipment, including grinders and espresso machines
- Support the team with daily tasks such as opening, closing, restocking, and cleaning
- Assist with the sale and demonstration of coffee machines and brewing tools
- Uphold our brand standards for quality, presentation, and hospitality
- Stay informed about our products and ongoing promotions

**Qualifications**
- Previous barista or specialty coffee experience preferred (but not required)
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn about roasting and brewing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and consistency
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Familiarity with coffee equipment and interest in coffee technology is a plus
