**Your Role**

As a Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our agency's creative campaigns and ensuring the delivery of effective marketing solutions for our diverse range of clients.

You will be responsible for crafting comprehensive strategies that align with our clients' business objectives, target audiences, and brand identity. Your ability to analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and industry insights will be crucial in developing innovative and impactful advertising initiatives.

**JOB SCOPE AND REQUIREMENTS**

1. You will take part in new business pitches by providing support in content and communication strategy which the company will be taking part in.

2. You will work with the Account Team closely to support growth of the accounts through development of strategies related to social media, digital campaigns, integrated campaigns, branding and any scope of work related to the account.

3. You will work with the Account Team to improve engagement across social channels as well as key digital executions on behalf of our clients. You are required to possess insightful understanding of user behavior and trends in the market.

4. You are required to understand the needs of the consumers through analytics and research to produce content that resonates with consumers with the aim of driving business goals for and on behalf of our clients.

5. You are required to work with the Account and Creative team to ensure that the strategy and brand narratives that you have set for the brand is being reflected in the work. Where necessary, you may be required to oversee and execute the strategy from the start to the end.

6. Ability to multi-task and project manage on pitches and accounts that have been assigned to you.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Develop integrated and digital communication strategies and where necessary, execution of comprehensive marketing plans and programs to support client objectives.

2. Develop content marketing strategies targeted at driving traffic, engagement, generating leads, delivering sales, retaining customers and building brand awareness.

3. Develop brand voice, tone and style to ensure consistency in relation to campaign and brand objectives.

4. Develop and execute market testing strategies as part of research in new or existing business pitches.
