- end-to-end creative production (e.g. images, gifs, videos) using a variety of apps such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
- campaign eDM creation and delivery via HTML coding and use of Adobe Campaign (Campaign Management Tool)
- Support Kris+ customer app communications by executing
- Regular app push notifications, in-app notifications and other app content
- Daily reports of push results
- AB test plan to optimise efficacy of customer app communications
- Assist with maintaining Kris+’s brand integrity by:

- Being the main designer for all Kris+ creatives and collaterals
- Maintaining Kris+’s brand guidelines
- Building and maintaining a library of Kris+ stock images and videos for branding and marketing use
- Assist with promoting Kris+ via SIA channels (e.g. Yammer, SQHub), as well as other Kris+ customer acquisition platforms as assigned
- On an ad-hoc basis, support User Acceptance Testing (Kris+ customer and merchant app) for launch of new features
- On an ad-hoc basis, support Kris+’s customer engagement events through logistics, creatives etc.
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Possess a diploma in any discipline
- Adobe or other photo editing tools
- Creative design and editing, html preferred
- Must be comfortable with data and reporting
