[What the role is]

PRINCIPAL EXECUTIVE, SINGAPORE RAIL ACADEMY (1-YEAR TEMPORARY CONTRACT)

[What you will be working on]

You will be a part of the Learning and Programmes team responsible for building up and deepening local engineering capabilities for the rail sector of the Public Transport industry.

You will play a key role in administering training programmes during the planning and implementation phases, as part of efforts to develop the rail sector’s current and future manpower requirements as the rail network continues to expand. Key responsibilities will include:

- Schedule training programmes, ensuring that all resources required are available
- Assist in trainee, trainer and vendor management in accordance with approved processes
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents, course materials and publicity materials
- Processing of financial documents e.g. for billing and payment in accordance to approved financial guidelines
- Manage and address programme enquiries promptly
- Consolidate and analyse post-course evaluations for continuous improvement
- Work closely with the administrative functions of both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth running of programmes
- Perform the role of a System Administrator to learning technologies by providing end-user support

[What we are looking for]
- Diploma in any discipline
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in training administration
- Good conversational and written English
- Good team player who is able to multi-task and work independently
- Takes initiative, is meticulous and well-organised.
- Possesses a positive attitude, and has good interpersonal and communication skills
