[What the role is]

PRINCIPAL / SENIOR / EXECUTIVE (ELECTRONIC PARKING SYSTEM)

[What you will be working on]

We are looking for a creative and dynamic professional to join the Electronic Parking System (EPS) team to be part of the car park CEPAS transaction acquiring business.

You will be required to support the LTA acquiring system in the area of stakeholder engagement in which you will need to liaise and work with external stakeholder such as Car Park Owners/Operators (CPOs), System Integrators, members of the public, vendors and internal LTA stakeholders to facilitate the works necessary for future car park upgrading. You will oversee the managing of CPOs and involved in managing the contractual and day-to-day operational (e.g. processing CPOs’ claims) matters. You will also be involved in the development and testing of the LTA acquiring system.

[What we are looking for]
- Diploma, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administrations, or equivalent
- At least 2 years’ of relevant experience in customer service and contract administration in an

operational environment
- Keen interest in transaction acquiring business development and operational works
- Good knowledge in ISO9000, or equivalent quality processes
- Good analytical, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Strong team player with a high level of initiative and able to work independently
