**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Prepare commercial contract calculation including margin details for internal and external review in compliance with standard process and procedure spelt out by the company.
- Have contract agreements (legal documents) prepared and approved by our legal department to ensure T&Cs are in-line with existing VPA agreements and company rules and guidelines.
- Manage maintenance & distribution of all relevant internal and external contract files & documents (e.g. quotations, purchase agreements and consumption reports)
- Enter, update and maintain contract sales order data and related transactions into relevant order and tracking systems
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and/or yearly contract reports as required by customer
- Interface with order processing, pricing and supply chain team as well as busines units in other company sites.
- Be responsible for day-to-day contract fulfillment support and provide assistance to liaise with customer and internal departments to ensure contract commitments are consistently met.
- Undertake additional tasks and duties, other than spares contract related as assigned by the department supervisor and/or company management.

**REQUIREMENT AND QUALIFICATION**:

- Pronounced customer focus
- PC knowledge especially Microsoft Office - advanced XLS skills (power user)
- Experienced in the use of ERP preferably Oracle
- 5 years’ past experience in Customer Service Support or as a Sales Coordinator
- Preferred to be able to start work immediately
- Open to travel (sporadic)
- Min. GCE A-Level or equivalent certificates in Business Administration

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
