We are looking for a Retail Co-Ordinator to manage our consignments at ISETAN and OG

**Job Overview**
- Monthly staff Roster
- Weekly staff time sheets
- Sign off weekly time sheets
- Keep roster up to date on our shared calendar and making amendments where necessary.
- Manage retail team of 6.
- Ensure that retail staff are maintaining housekeeping standards
- Ensure retail staff are keeping shelves and rails fully stocked
- Ensure retail staff maintaining the storeroom.
- Ensure retail staff are maintaining the presentation of our product, steamed, and tagged.
- Manage stock deliveries
- Manage Stock movement and returns
- Assist in store with deliveries
- Assist in store with returns
- Monthly Stock take at all stores.
- Reconciliation of Stock Take
- Monthly refreshing of consignment visual merchandising
- Weekly refreshing of mannequins and key looks.
- Weekly site visit reports on all stores.
- Work with department supervisors

**Requirements**:

- Experience as a supervisor / coordinator is essentially.
- At least 5 years retail experience, preferably department stores.
- Good computer knowledge, office 365, power point, word, excel
- Good communication skills and able to work in a team.
- Able to work in a fast pace environment.
- Expected to travel across multiple locations.
- Ability to manage schedules and inventory.
- Ability to manage staff with limited English skills.
- Mandarin Speaker.

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (required)

**Experience**:

- Retail management: 2 years (required)
