**Summary**:
Plan, schedule, coordinate and/or monitor final approval of products through the complete production cycle

**Essential Functions**:

- Work from engineering plans and production specifications to establish production schedules, and capacity requirements
- Coordinate production plans to ensure materials are provided according to schedules
- Conduct problem solving on system performance and outputs
- Having wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways
- Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Internal and external contacts often pertain to company plans and objectives
- Determine methods and procedures on new assignments, and may provide guidance to other personnel
- Other duties as required

**Education And Experience**:

- A bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience
- An advanced degree may reduce the minimum requirement
- Advanced knowledge of Manufacturing information and scheduling systems, SAP
- Strong understanding of NPI procedures
- Proven ability to perform quality systems documentation
