- Book meetings and lunch/dinner appointments

- Follow up with potential leads (Clients/recruitment purposes)
- Prepare presentations in powerpoint when needed

- Coordinate and manage events
- Manage daily tasks assigned

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as an Administrator, Administrative Assistantor relevant role preferred
- Experience with office management tools (MS Office software, in particular)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
