**Who are we looking for ?**:
The incumbent will perform receiving, in-process and outgoing inspection and analyze result using Statistical techniques for any trend violation and product conformance.

**What will you be doing ?**:

- Perform acceptance test on receiving material, in
- process intermediates and Finished Goods
- Analyzing customer RTV/in house retain samples to support customer complaints investigation and or process troubleshooting
- Support QC measurements for engineering studies, product scale up and Technology transfer
- Review SPC trend and highlight any trend abnormality to production engineering
- Issue Production Batch Ticket to production via JDE ARS system
- Advise on rework procedure to Production
- Conduct Calibration and Maintenance of Laboratory equipment
- Conduct periodic Measurement System Analysis
- Liaise with vendor on Maintenance, Calibration, Troubleshooting and of Lab equipment
- Generate monthly SPC report for customers
- Generate COA (LIMS)
- Generate Monthly scrap report
- Internal Auditor for Management system (QMS/EMS/OHSAS)
- Ensure good housekeeping of the laboratory at all times

**Who are You ?**:

- Able to perform overtime when required
- Possess either a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Chemistry or related discipline
- Knowledgeable in the operation of analytical tools in a wet lab environment
- Ability to independently perform sample analysis with mínimal supervision
- Positive attitude and self-starter
