- When a purchase order is received, arrange for the packers to pack goods ordered to ensure that they are delivered on time whether to local or overseas destinations.
- Before delivery, to check on goods to ensure that they are packed properly, of correct items and in numbers.
- To help out in packing when there is a shortage of staff.
- Do a daily schedule for drivers for delivery to the various venues.
- In addition, do a daily schedule for merchandisers to replenish the goods ordered.
- To attend to urgent request by store managers for goods. To also arrange for on-time delivery for such instances.
- Arrange for promotion stands to be sent back and forth before and after promotions.
- Prepare for and supervise quarterly stock-take so that it will run smoothly.
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
