Intern - Community Engagement
We are hiring a Community Engagement **Intern** to deliver day-to-day duties and responsibilities for Bizlink Centre.
**Reporting Department**: Community Engagement
**Reporting Address**:512 Chai Chee Lane, #01-09, Singapore 469028
**Working Hours**:
- Monday - Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Allowance is provided for overtime after working hours.
- Develop marketing and communication packages to attract and retain companies’ support of Bizlink’s employment cause for the disadvantaged and disabled sustainably.
- Conduct detailed response analysis and formulate targeted sponsorship giving outcome.
- Prepare presentation materials, statistical reports for internal and external stakeholders’ communications, press releases and speeches, newsletter as well as Web or social media presence to increase outreach, engagement and impact outcome.
- Organise and manage event activities. Liaise with various stakeholders to achieve event outcome.
- Other ad hoc assignment as assigned.
**Job Requirements**:
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, with good presentation skills
- Able to work independently and in teams
- Have the patience and passion to work with disabilities and the needy and disadvantaged
