**Responsibilities**:

- Liaison with KYC, legal or other relevant parties in customer due diligence, document review and agreement negotiation. Make appropriate judgement and recommendation for risk acceptance in case of deviation;
- Respond to customer’s inquiries and request, work with internal stakeholders for workable solutions to meet customer’s expectation;
- Coordinate with Transaction Banking and coverage team on pricing approval, special handling registration and e-banking implementation;
- Periodic report to stakeholders and resolve any potential hurdle to ensure time to revenue target is met;
- Handholding customer on their first transaction with seamless handover to client services team;
- Back up support for client service activities such as transaction booking, on-going maintenance and post transaction support;
- Act as data controller to ensure integrity of KYC record with customer’s static data;
- Participate in system UAT and ad hoc project for risk control and/or operation streamlining.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum degree qualified
- Experience in corporate or investment banking or financial services or similar industries
- Experience in doing client onboarding and documentation
- More than 5 years corporate banking experience especially in handling large corporates and multinational companies.
- Working knowledge in corporate banking products such as loans, deposits, foreign exchange, derivatives, trade finance and remittance transactions;
- Good understanding of MAS643, MAS626 and documents required for customer due diligence;
- Experience in document review and negotiation including ISDA and project finance account bank agreement;
- Other qualities sought include problem solving and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and under time pressure, multi-tasking while attention to details, and patience;
- Strong team and compliance culture;
- Multi lingual will be added advantage.
