Jo Description Industry 4.0 Solutions Director:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of 5-10 consultants. Responsible for the resource within the department, including hiring, retention and career advancement.
- Responsible for the Department’s cashflow, cost and revenue.
- The team needs to identify process improvements and work with customers to effectively implement changes e.g. modules, enhancements, small projects, optimization.
- Responsible for presales demo to convince customer and win the deal.

**Requirement**:

- Degree in IT, Engineering, Science, Finance, Accounting or Economy.
- 10 years of working experience in Manufacturing or Distribution / Logistics.
- ERP experience is essential. Experience as implementor is preferred. Experience as super user will be considered. Experience in all the various modules of ERP will be positive consideration.
- Experience in manufacturing industry is desired. Implementing ERP in factory, responsible to maintain ERP, or work as production manager will all be considered.
- Experience in APS software is preferred. Otherwise those with experience in planning and schedule are also acceptable.
