**Senior Valuation Actuary - Life & Health**:
**About this job**:

- Reviewing or leading the production of actuarial valuations for the APAC L&H business under various bases (USGAAP, SII, IFRS17, SG and HK Stat)
- Reviewing or leading different in-force management activities and experience studies to support business development and assumption setting process
- Maintaining documentation of methodologies, processes, procedures, controls and results
- Leading and performing source of earnings analysis, capital and financial projections
- Preparing the quarterly APAC result review and reporting with senior management
- Supporting the continue enhancement in processes, controls, and valuation model development for the APAC L&H’s Valuation Team
- Being a key Reserving contract with L&H APAC CEO, L&H APAC pricing actuaries, regional L&H Finance and Operation teams and Asia CFO and CRO
- Acting as a trusted advisor to the senior management team to enable business decisions
- Representing APAC and assisting in various global projects and initiatives such as valuation model conversion, IFRS17, USGAAP LDTI etc.
- Supporting the APAC Chief Actuary in ad-hoc projects

**About you**:
Moreover, you have the following background, skills and mindset:

- Qualified Actuary
- **10 years working experience in the actuarial field, preferably in Life (re)insurance reserving or valuation**:

- Knowledge of AXIS would be an advantage
- Organized, able to work in a matrix structure
- Able to set and manage priorities
- Ability to bring ideas to challenge existing approaches and develop new ones
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English
- High motivation, team-orientation
- Able to fit into dynamic structure (Multi GAAP environment involving new standards, tools and models modernization project)
- Keen to work with other cultures
