**Responsibilities**:

- Planning, budgeting, execution, and management of hybrid/virtual/in-person conferences in the Asia Pacific region.
- Day-to-day project planning functions, including overseeing elements such as website development, attendee management and P&L management.

**Requirements**:

- Experienced in building and managing a team will be essential.
- Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in event management, hospitality, communications, or equivalent
- At least 2-5 years of experience in similar capacity with medical society conference secretariat functions, speakers & delegates management, delegates recruitment, registration management, call for papers, database management.
